    No violations observed at time of inspection. Alcohol warning posted in women's restroom.Bar gun observed clean.Quat sanitizer noted at 300 ppm. Reviewed with operator to test sanitizer water daily and ensure sanitizer (Quaternary Ammonia) is at levels between 200-400 ppm. Thermometers present in cold holding units containing dairy or juice.Discussed "No bare hand contact to ready to eat foods" such as the cut lemons and limes that are placed into beverages. The citrus may be washed with bare hands but cannot be cut with bare hands. Reviewed with person in charge animal policy for permitted facility. Service animals that are trained to perform a duty for a person with a disability are allowed to be on premise. No other animals are allowed to be in permitted facility.** Please acquire a food grade bucket to transfer ice from the ice machine to the ice bin at bar. The ice bucket shall be properly cleaned and sanitized at 3 compartment sink on a daily basis. The bucket should be fully submerged for at least 1 minute in Quat sanitizer and allowed to air dry.

    170) Food contact surfaces dirty. All food contact surfaces must be clean and free of debris.*Observed soda gun and holder to be dirty and coated with mildew. Suggest removing nightly and soaking in cleaner and/or utilize wire brush to clean out regularly.

    Proper refrigeration noted throughout the facility. 38F in reach-in cooler containing orange juice.Handsinks stocked with paper towels and soap and hot water available.Suggested utilizing cups with lids for employee coffee/beverages to prevent cross-contamination.The following were noted during the inspection and action should be taken within 7 days:1) Baseboard coving is missing in the main bar on the customer side of the bar in the corner under the cigarette vending machine. Suggest repair or replacement to allow proper cleaning of the floor.2) Fan/vent guards were noted as dusty/dirty in several refrigeration units and in the restrooms. Recommend cleaning these and maintaining cleanliness to allow proper airflow and ventilation.3) Clutter noted in the outdoor storage room/shed. Organize the shelves and remove food preparation equipment.

    There is no thermometer in the 3 tap keg cooler at the time of inspection. The keg cooler had dairy stored within the unit at the time of inspection. Wherever foods which require refrigeration are stored; a thermometer must be installed within the cold holding unit. Either install a thermometer within this unit or move the potentially hazardous foods to an alternate cooler that has a thermometer.

    Clean out the accumulation of dried syrup and other debris in the bottom of the 3 tap keg cooler.

    There is a heavy accumulation of water in the bottom of the 2-tap keg cooler at the back bar. This indicates a problem with the condensing/drain unit. Have the unit repaired or replaced as needed. Once repaired remove the accumulation of water and clean. Maintain clean.
