Observation: There was no splash guard observed between the front handwash sink and the french fry warmer - potential for contamination of french fries. Fax repair.
Correction: Store food where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination to prevent contamination.

Observation: mango frappuchino mix and yogurt bag were cold holding at improper temperatures

Observation: The reach-n cooler for the extra frappuchino mixes and yogurt bags observed not cooling propertyl.
Correction: Repair or replace unit.

Observation: The handwashing facility located at the front near the drive-through window was being used as a dump sink.
Correction: Handwash sinks are to be used only for handwashing purposed.
