    Correction: Discard food that is not cooked and served or served if ready-to-eat within 4 hours from the point in time when the food is removed from temperature control.

    Observation: EQUIPMENT was observed in a state of disrepair and damaged: Walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer need new door gaskets
    Correction: walk-in freezer door closure needs adjustment

    Observation: Outer opening of the food establishment is not protected against entry of insects and rodents: back door not properly sealed at bottom and upper right corner.

Closed, tight fitting windows, and 3. Solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors.     Observation: EQUIPMENT was observed in a state of disrepair and damaged - Walk-in freezer currently out of power after power blip earlier in day - PIC had called maintenance. Received call about 1 hour after inspection that power to unit restored and maintaining temp at 9 degrees.
    Correction: Repair the EQUIPMENT to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. If unable to repair the EQUIPMENT, replace it with one that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.

    Observation: A condensate drain line servicing drink machine was emptying liquid waste directly onto the floor of the dining area.
    Correction: Repair/Relocate the condensate drain line to prevent liquid waste discharge onto the floor surface.

    Observation: Few flies present in prep area. Control methods need to be enhanced.
