Good temperature monitoring and label/date practices. We discussed: dispensing bulk, unwrapped plastic flatware for student self service and students observed touching multiple utensils. Recommend use of prewrapped flatware to minimize risk of contamination. (Corrected). Facility is very clean and well managed. Good work.
