    Observation: The wall attached water line/hose was observed stored inside the floor drain, by the side Taylor shake machine.
    Correction: Repair and maintain all plumbing components and fixtures.

Note: A recent remodel to the exterior and interior dining and restroom areas occurred at the facility at this time. The kitchen/food processing areas were not affected by the recent remodel.

    Observation: There was no temperature measuring device located in the fry station sliding top freezer unit and side smoothie cooler unit.
    Correction: Provide a temperature measuring device in all hot or cold holding equipment used to store potentially hazardous foods so that employees can routinely monitor the ambient air temperature.

    Observation: A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands is not provided at all lavatories used by food employees ( male and female restrooms)
