- Observed table salt stored on floor in back storage area. Observed ice tea stored on floor in walk in cooler. Food items must be stored a minimum of 6 inches off the floor.
- Observed ice scoop stored in ice with the handle in contact with the ice.
- Observed handsink near register that is not properly sealed to the wall. Re-seal.
- Observed chlorine sanitizer in sanitizer bucket at 50 ppm. Sanitizer must be at 100-200 ppm when used in sanitizer bucket.
- Observed debris accumulation on the following items/surfaces: Orange juice dispenser, Frappe machine, all metal shelves in drive thru area as discussed with manager during inspection, all cooling units in kitchen especially around the seals as discussed with the manager during the inspection, and soda fountain in dining room. Wash, rinse, and sanitize these items/surfaces and ensure routine cleaning.
- Observed a box of plastic cups stored on the floor in dry storage. Ensure single service articles are stored a minimum of 6 inches off floor.
- Observed debris accumulation on floors in walk in cooler and in drive thru area especially underneath mats and equipment. Clean and ensure routine cleaning.
- Observed cracked/missing coving in kitchen near back door and near walk in fridge. Repair.
- Observed debris accumulation on walls near 3 compartment sink. Clean and ensure routine cleaning.
- Observed a bottle labeled GRILL ACID that was stored next to food items on a shelf near the grill. Chemicals must be stored physically separate from food items. This chemical was moved by the manager at the time of this inspection.
- Facility had food permit posted in the back of kitchen. Discussed proper permit placement and the manager posted the permit in the front of the kitchen in public view at the time of this inspection.

- Observed employee wash hands and then turn off the faucet with his bare hands. On site hand washing training was given to staff.
- Observed debris accumulation on the following items/surface: Wheeled cart in walk in cooler, all trays on thaw rack, reddi whip shelf, and all beverage and ice units in drive thru area. Wash, rinse, and sanitize these surfaces and ensure routine cleaning.
- Observed debris buildup on floor in kitchen area of facility especially in stockroom and in walk in cooler. Clean floors and ensure routine cleaning.
