Observed an employee use wet hands to turn off the faucet when washing hands. I discussed proper handwashing with the employee.
Observed a sanitizer bucket with no sanitizer in it. Per the manager they are using chlorine sanitizer. The manager made up a new bucket it measured at approximately 100 ppm.
Not all employees have food handler training. I attached the TCHD food handler class schedule to the e-mail. All employees handling food should have food handler permit within 30 days of being hired.
