Observed containers of apricot jam, syrup, and sauce that were stored in the walk-in cooler that had black and green growth. These items were voluntarily discarded at the time of this inspection.
Observed a bag of meatballs that was not properly labeled. Per the owner, the meatballs were a personal item. Ensure all personal items are labeled accordingly.
Observed rust on the lids to the 3 chest freezers located in the walk-in cooler and the dry storage walk-in cooler. Repaint or re-seal.
Observed debris accumulation on metal racks in walk-in cooler that is located adjacent to the kitchen. Wash, rinse, and sanitize these racks and ensure routine cleaning.

Observed a large metal tray in the kitchen handsink. Hansinks must be accessible to employees at all times. The tray was removed at the time of this inspection.

Observed mounted can opener and several utensils stored in back soiled. Wash, rinse and sanitize.
Observed plastic storage drawers in the back to be soiled and food debris in the drawers. Observed various kitchen equipment soiled and counters soiled. The motor under the sink in the back was soiled and the reach in freezers located in the outside walk-in cooler has mold/mildew build-up on the door gaskets. Wash, rinse and sanitize.
Observed plumbing leaking into a bucket that's under the 2-basin sink in the back. Repair pluming.
The walk-in unit roof outside that's used for dry storage was leaking. Some boxed items were damaged; discard. Repair so water will not leak into unit.
