Observed one employee incorrectly wash hands. Employee turned off the faucet with bare hands, recontaminating hands. Manager of kitchen spoke with employee about proper handwashing. Ensure a paper towel is always used to turn off the faucet to avoid hand recontamination.

Found potentially hazardous food in cold holding at above 41F. Maintain at 41F or below. A case of yogurt in the cooler on the middle shelf was temped at 48F. Pizza sauce and salad dressing on the top shelf was temped at 39F and 40F respectively. Manager put in a work order for the cooler to be fixed. Submit a week's worth of temperature logs to show cooler has been fixed in 10 days. I will follow up.
3-compartment sink has no sealant along the wall. Sink needs to be sealed to the wall.
