The were some prepackaged cupcakes and cookies on the shelves and table out front for sale that were not labeled with the ingredients. Label correctly, including ingredients.
Observed 2 employees wash their hands for approximately 10 seconds and turn off the faucet with the hands, re-contaminating their hands several different times. Inspector retrained employees on proper hand washing procedures. Manager must retrain all staff on proper hand washing techniques and submit documentation, Attn: Kim by 2-24-16. Completed at time of inspection.
