Observed no sanitizer made for surfaces in facility. Per employee, she doesn't always have one. Facility must have sanitizer in spray bottle or bucket to properly clean and sanitize surfaces. Facility did not have proper test strips, they had pH test strips. Facility purchased test strips during inspection.
Observed standing water in bottom of keg cooler. Per employee, a leak occurred and they fixed it. The standing water was not cleaned up after. Clean to prevent contamination.
Observed no paper towels at bar hand sink. All hand sinks must have paper towels to properly wash hands. Move napkins to hand washing sink during inspection to properly dry hands.
Observed bathroom doors propped open in facility. Bathroom doors must remain closed at all times to prevent attraction of pests.
Observed damaged floor tiles in the dining area. Repair to allow for proper cleaning.

Sanitizer is swab bucket was low ~50ppm. Bartender added chlorine bleach to solution. Rechecked and concentration was 100ppm.
The doors to both the men's and women's restrooms were propped open. Keep bathroom doors closed at all times except when cleaning.
Observed broken and missing floor tiles throughout facility. Repair or replace tiles.
Observed build up on floors especially near and under equipment. Clean the floors.
Observed peeling paint on the ceiling. Repaint the ceiling.
The coving along the wall in the men's bathroom is peeled away from the wall. Reseal coving to the wall. The seals behind the bathroom sinks has chipped away. Reseal sinks to the walls.
