  • Cutting board for limes was very dirty and had food debris stuck on it. Cutting board needs to be cleaned and sanitized before being used.
  • Food permit is expired. New permit must be purchased within the next 10 days at 1901 S. Alamo.

  • 229.165 (d) (1) (B)free of breaks, cracks. Cutting board is worn and has mulitple inclusion and looks dirty with in the cracks. Cutting board should be replaced with one that is easily cleanable.
