  • All employee drinks must have a tight fitting lid with a straw and stored in a designated area away from food handling or storage areas. Cup of coffee (without lid) observed on top of a bag of raw onions.
  • Do not store cases of raw whole in-shell eggs above whole raw produce.
  • Ten day notice to purchase or provide a copy of your current San Antonio Health Deprtment "Food Establishment Permit". Current posted permit expired 1/2016. Purchase or provide the current permit by March 7th, 2016 to avoid being charged $103.00 re-inspection fee. Please go to 1901 S Alamo to purchase or obtain copy of the permit.

  • Make sure employee drinks are in a clean cup with a lid and straw and are stored away from food handling areas. Observed two bottled waters with twist caps on the table being used at the time of inspection to cull onions.
  • Make sure cases of eggs are stored in front cooler unit holding temperature below 45 degrees F. Observed 5 cases of eggs on a pallet in back cooler with an ambient temperature of 50 degrees F. According to employee in charge and manager (Ms. Gabriela Espinoza) the eggs had been staged here for only about 1 hour because they were waiting on a customer to pick up. Eggs were moved immediately to the front cooler.
