All potentially hazardous foods held cold must be 41F degrees or less to avoid bacterial growth. Potentially hazardous foods were moved to different coolers.
- Observed plastic packages of raw pork ribs in sink. Per food handler ribs were defrosting. Temperature of ribs was 60F degrees. Temperature of defrosting meat must not exceed 41F degrees at any time. Food handler removed ribs from sink and put them in meat only cooler
- Observed small waste water leak underneath 3 compartment sink. All leaks must be repaired by a licensed plumber. Retain all invoices/receipts.
