- Hand washing sink may only be used for hand washing. Do not dump drinks into hand sink or use hand sink for rinsing or washing utensils or rags or anything other than hand washing. Observed hand sink with coffee dumped in it.
- Ensure that hot and cold water with sufficient pressure is available at hand sinks at all times. Observed 2 hand sinks with insufficient hot and cold water supply.
- Ensure that an air gap exists between ice machine drain pipe and the floor drain. The air gap should measure twice the diameter of the drain pipe. Ice machine drain pipe at customer drink station is inside floor drain and is contaminated with mold and bacteria.
- Ensure that all food contact surfaces are clean and sanitized. Soda machine nozzles at customer drink station have substantial mold build-up. Ensure that nozzles are washed, rinsed, and sanitized.
