  • Ensure the handsink has cold running water at all times. The cold water was off due to a link. Ensure to fix the link in a timely manner.

  • No Hand washing observed. Must wash hand between different activities when handing food with bare hands.
  • Need a Heimlich Hug poster posted on noticeable wall location up front.
  • No documentation is maintained at the food establishment that food employees contacting ready-to-eat foods with bare hands utilize two or more of the following control measures to provide additional safeguards to hazards associated with bare hand contact using double hand washing.
  • Need evidence of Food Manager Training Certificates posted on premise.
