  • 229.167 (p) (11) (C)insects/pests not minimized. Observed a vast amount fruit flies in front waiter station and in rear of kitchen. Eliminate the presence of insects by using any approved means.
  • 229.168 (c) (1) toxics stored. Observed bucket of sanitizer stored on shelf next to loaves of bread. Ensure all toxic items are stored below and/or away from food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles.
