Many sewer flies observed near air gaps and condensation lines.) Dead roaches observed in one floor drain under soda fountain. Establishment must gain control of sewer fly problem with in the next 10 days; please save receipt of service from pest control company.
  • Evidence of rodents observed through out dry storage, chemical storage and under condiments counter in lobby. ****All dead rodents observed in glue traps must be disposed of.**** Continue working with pest control to minimize rodent problem. Clean/sanitize all rodent contaminated areas.
