Personal employee drinks should have a tight fitting lid with a straw and be stored in a designated area below or away from food storage or food handling areas. A bottled water was observed on a prep table in the kitchen as food was being prepared on this table and another bottled water was observed being stored inside the upright reach-in cooler above uncovered ready to eat foods, this unit is located across from the 3 compartment sink. Plastic bottle water containers are not approved for employee drinks in the kitchen as they can lead to possible contamination with hand to mouth contact.
All large containers of prepared or cooked ready to eat foods being stored in coolers overnight or longer than 24 hrs must have proper date marking.
Store all personal medications or dietary supplements in a designated area away from food storage. Personal bottle of a dietary supplement was observed on the food storage shelf located next to drive-thru window.
All personal items, such as purses and cell phones, must be stored in a designated area away from food handling areas.
Employee washing dishes and cooking equipment at the 3 compartment sink was not following the proper sequence for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing. Corrected on site.

Hot held ready to eat foods must be cooled down to 70 degrees F. within the first two hours (when starting the cooling process) using an ice bath and stiring process prior to being placed into the walk-in cooling unit.
