- 229.165 (d) (1) (B)free of breaks, cracks. Multiuse food-contact surfaces are not free of breaks, open seams, cracks, chips, inclusions, pits, and similar imperfections. Top of chest freezer badly damaged and torn. This surface must be repaired, made smooth, easily cleanable, and nonabsorbent.
- 229.164 (f) (2) (A) (iv) not covered. Foods not protected by storage in packages, covered containers, etc. Protect food from contamination by storing food in packages, covered containers, or wrappings.
- 229.164 (o) (7) (A) consume by date (prepared). Label prepared Potentially Hazardous Foods held in cold hold greater than 24 hours with the date prepared and placed in cold hold. Discard after 7 days with day 1 being the date prepared.
- 229.166 (g) (4) (B)backflow preventer. Hose connections in a food establishment must be protected from backflow. Observed a hose connection with out a hose connection vacuum breaker. Place appropriate back flow prevention on all hose connections.
