- Bags of ice are not properly labled to indicate source of origin. Establishment does not have a state food manaufacturing license to bag ice. Ensure that bags of ice are properly labeled and ensure that a state food manafacturing license is obtained.
- Hot water at the hand wash sinks, 3 compartment sink and mop sink were did not have a hot water temperature of at least 100 degrees F and 110 degrees F respectively. Hand sink must provide hot water of at least 100 degrees through the use of a mixing valve or combination faucet. 3 comapartmenet sink and mop sink should provide hot water of at least 110 degrees F.
- 229.166 (f) (4) air gap 2x. There were no air gaps seen in the plumbing pipe coming for the ice machine to the floor drain. Also observed pipes leaning into the floor drain in the room where the 3 compartment sink is located. Air gap between water supply and plumbing fixture must at least 1 inch. Diameter of air gap between water supply and plumbing fixture must be at least twice the diameter of the water supply inlet.
- 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. Hand wash station has no paper towels and bathroom has no paper towels. Supply the handwash station with individual disposable towels.
- 229.165 (h) (2)thermometer available. Ensure that a a thermometer is located in the walk in cooler to ensure that the proper temperature is maintained for cold hold of beverahes and food items that are considered potentially hazarodus.
- Inside surface of the ice machine was not clean. Observed mold/mildew like buildup on the inside surface of the ice machine. Ensure that the ice machine is cleaned and sanitized.
