  • Observed an employee's raw ground beef stored on middle shelf in refrigerator used for ingredients for estbalishment. All personal food and drinks must be stored in the designated refrigerator to prevent any contamination.

Rack above table with microwaves need to be dusted and sanitized before hanging clean items on it. Ensure all utensils and food contact surfaces are clean to sight and touch.

  • 229.166 (g) (1) (A) HWS not provided. Establishment must install a handsink or handwash area, in back rooms. There can be no door sepeartion between work areas, and handsink. Also, do not put carts infront of handsink. Employees must always have a clear path to handsink.
  • Establishment must always have at least one person on duty with a food managers certification.
