  • Observed a small, live insect in the dry goods storage area during inspection. The establishment currently receives monthly pest control service from Accurate Pest Control and the last visit was on 1/6/16. Maintain good cleaning practices to prevent any potential pes issues.
  • Observed two unlabeled spray bottles in the establishment during the time of inspection. Ensure all spray bottles are properly labeled with their chemical contents.
