today is 06/11/2016 , about 8:50 am i went into this la fiesta & bought a few things as i went to the register the last item that rang up was Eckrich Smoked sausage & it poped up $9.99 but there is a sign for $5.47 or $5.97 , so i told the cashier ( Stephanie ) it was one or the other , so she contacted the manager and he came to stand by me ,to see what was going on , i told him the sausage was about $5.47 or more , and he asked the cashier how much was it ringing up , i said $9.99 , so he went to check, called her and told her $5.97 , and there was another employee standing around a guy looking all crazy at me , the whole situation was unprofessional , even the cashier , didn't greet , or ask if i found everything okay , if she don't want her job , ill take it , I've done customer service for 10 years and i know the customers are your pay check if you treat one bad you can destroy your job & i don't know why you have it advertise in the store that a certain item is a certain price & then when the customer goes up to the register you think there lying when you should start off your day knowing your Sale products in your store..
