- Observed employee drinking personal beverage from water bottle, and did not properly wash hands.
- Observed employee drinking personal beverage from water bottle, next to table where raw bacon was being cut. Ensure that drinking and eating is done in an area away from food and food contact surfaces. Ensure that all personal beverages are stored in a cup with a lid and straw to prevent contamination. Observed spoon in hand sink. Ensure that hand sink is only used for hand washing purposes.
- Observed raw pooling eggs, in uncovered container being stored above ready to eat foods. Ensure that all raw foods are stored in an area below, and/or away from foods that are prepared/ready to eat.
- At beginning of inspection hand sink in kitchen was not supplied with hand soap or paper towels. Owner brought soap from restroom. When restroom was inspected, no hand soap was at this location now. Ensure that hand sinks are all supplied with soap and paper towels at all times.
- Observed bottle of ibuprofen and small bags of vitamins, being stored on shelf next to food items, single service items, and above uncovered pot of refried beans. Ensure that all toxics are stored in an area that is away from food/food contact surfaces, etc
- Observed employee washing single dish with just soap and water. Did not observed sanitizing process. Ensure that all dishes (even if just one item) are washed in following manner: 1. WASH (soap and hot water) 2. RINSE (water) 3. SANITIZE (concentration should be 50-100ppm if using bleach) Ensure to provide test strips

- Observed shelving in refrigerators to have many cracks and peeling pieces. Ensure that all surfaces are smooth, easily cleanable, and non absorbent, to prevent contamination of food stored.
