  • Will need to make sure ice machine lines are above main air gap and not stuck within it.
  • 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels; Will need to provide paper towels in both men's and women's restroom facilities.
  • Will need to make sure that all chemical spray bottles holding chemical products in them are identified with the correct type of chemical inside.
  • Will need to make sure that the posted food permit or receipt(if haven't received yet)is current.
