  • 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. Observed no paper towels available at front hand wash sink. Ensure all hand washing facilities are provided with individual, disposable towels.

  • 229.164 (v) (4) PHF > shelf life. Observed food items in walk-in refrigerator that exceeded their assigned "use-by" date. Ensure all food items are used or discarded by their assigned "use-by" date.
  • 229.164 (o) (9) (A) (iii) unmarked food>4 hrs. Observed chopped lettuce at taco stations that did not have time labels. PHF removed from temperature control must be labeled with the time removed and the time it needs to be discarded. Discard foods that have exceeded 4 hours out of temp control.

  • Ch 13, Art II, section 13-26 DISPLAY PERMIT AND PREVIOUS INSPECTION. MOST RECENT GRADED INSPECTION REPORT AND CURRENT FOOD ESTABLISHMENT PERMIT MUST BE POSTED IN CUSTOMER VIEW.
