  • Provide a working thermometer to small walk in cooler in between warewashing area and where mop bucket/mop is stored.
  • 229.165 (d) (1) (B)free of breaks, cracks; Make sure to remove all plates/other kitchenware with breaks/chips/other imperfections.

  • Hand washing facility is blocked. Handwashing facility must be fully accessible at all times for employee use. There can be no barriers and this sink can be used for handwashing only.
  • There are no lids in the women's restroom trashcans.Need to provide lids on the women's restroom trashcans.
  • There are some chipped plated Need to replace any chipped plates.Clean the walk-in cooler racks.

  • Ensure all plumbing is installed according to code. Back-flow preventers must be installed on all threaded faucets/bibs.
  • Ensure contact surfaces of equipment and utensils are cleaned/sanitized and in good repair. Found knives improperly stored in bar area, and found utensils stored in goblet of water. If utensils are stored in water, water must be flowing and draining into proper waste-water recepticle.
  • Found personal drinks stored in refridgerator with food items.

  • Please ensure proper wastewater disposal and proper plumbing of waste disposal systems. Found bar soda dispenser holder without drain tubing. Ensure tubing is installed and properly plumbed to a drain to ensure fluid does not accumulate on equipment/floor.
  • Please perform a general cleaning of ice machines to remove mold growth/build-up/debris. Found mold growing on interior of ice machine.
  • Please ensure the most recent food safety inspection is posted in a conspicuous location for the consumer. Found complaint inspection posted.
