  • Company that maintains the ewquipment left the establishment jsut prior to the insp. Receipt indicates that the machine is dispensing 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer. Water remaining in a spoon after the wash, rinse and sanitize cycle is at 10 ppm. Manager called the technician back out.

I was at ihop today 7/15/2016 and it was not to my liking, i always go to this 1on the corner of fm 78 and foster rd.i always get the Steak tips 2 eggs hash browns and 2 pancakes, we'll today my pancakes were tough,so i asked for 2 more it took them 8 minutes to bring 2 pancakes out, glasses empty of water young lady ask if we needed anything, i asked to speak to management, she come out , i tell her the situation, she ask me :the 2 she just brought you also ? No i told her, it took 8 minutes for 2 pancakes and the rest of my food is gone, she said well they have to cook them, is their anything else i can get you? I wasn't looking for a free meal or nothing like that, AN APOLOGY would've been nice. When i go back, I'll see who's waitress and cook.
