Observed knife in the handsink in the bar area. Ensure handsink is used for handwashing only and not for wasing or storing wares.
At time of inspection, hot water was not turned on at any handsinks or 3 compartment sink. Owner stated the water is currently turned off so a pipe can be fixed in men's bathroom. Ensure hot water is restored. Hot water at handsinks should be at 100 degrees F and 110 degrees at 3 compartment and mop sink.
229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. At time of inspection, handsinks in bathroom and bar did not have paper towels. Ensure handsinks are equipped with paper towels at all times.
