- Hand sink not present in kitchen. Establishment is serving open handling foods (hamburgers, sno cones, nachos, pizzas, taquitos, etc). As noted in previous reports a hand sink must be installed in kitchen in order to continue open food handling operations as stated in the Texas Food Establishment Rules. Establishment will be alloted 2 weeks (14 days) to install hand sink. At this time, inspector will come back for a reinspection. If hand sink is not installed, license suspension will occur.

- Food Inspection report posted was from 2010. Ensure to have most current inspection report (last inspection report was 07/2012) posted in public view.
