Please ensure that all personal items are stored in an area away from food and food contact surfaces to prevent cross contamination. Refrigeration unit next to rack with dishes was reading at 55 degrees F. Ensure to monitor refrigeration units to ensure food being stored in unit is able to maintain cold hold temperatures of 41 degrees F and below. Did not observe thermometer in refrigeration unit that was at improper cold hold temperatures.
