  • Post current permit. Posted permit expired 5/2014. If you have any questions concerning the status of your permit contact the Food and Environmental Health Section at (210) 207-8732 immediately. Payment should be made in person at 1901 S. Alamo, San Antonio TX 78204 between the hours 7:45a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Observed mold in ice machine and near the spouts on soda machine in dining area. Ensure that all food contact surfaces are clean and in good condition.

  • Observed lunch box being stored in ice machine on top of ice. Ensure lunch box and other items are not stored on ice that is used for customers.
  • At time of inspection, the 3 compartment sink had hot water of 104 degrees F. Ensure the 3 comopartment sink has hot water of at least 110 degrees F.
  • At time of inspection, hand sink in kitchen had hot water of 90 degrees F and hand sink in women's bathroom had hot water of 95 degrees F. Ensure all hand sinks have hot water of at least 100 degrees F.

  • Observed inside panel of ice machine with mold build up. Ensure the ice machine is routinely cleaned and sanitized to prevent accumulation of mold.

  • Bags of red beans and macoroni were being heated with the RTE corn on the cob
  • Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, PHF foods held for more then 24 hrs. Shall have a consume-by-date. The day of preparation shall be counted as day 1. If held at 41F or less food can be kept for a max of 7 days at 45F a max of 4 days. Only a time was written on the portions of cole slaw, cole slaw was not labeled with a date.
  • Store toxic items away from food and other items needing protection by spacing or partitioning. Spray bottle stored handing from the rack where clean pans/inserts are stored.

  • Insuffient water temperature at 3 Compartment sink (93F). Establishment has until 11am to correct this issue. The proper temperature at the 3 compartment sink must be 120F.
  • Inside Ice machine has evidence of mold. Clean and sanitize ice machine. Clean inside cooler around door threshold.
