LRI offers quality, affordable, criminal case analysis using the materials provided to the Client (Defense Attorney's) through discovery process. Thereby freeing up the Client, Attorney to concentrate on other matters. LRI conducts a thorough analysis of the police report, the video evidence, and any other relevant information and determines whether of not errors where made by the arresting agency then prepares a Motion for Additional Discovery, if needed, for the Client's review. LRI compares information recovered from the analysis and compares it with current case law, resulting in on point research being provided back to the Client.
LRI can also conduct a crime scene investigation after the fact. Using the Officer's report and witness statements to recreate the scene, LRI can create a photo exhibit or model of the crime scene. This type of recreation was useful in a Motion to Suppress, where Officers stated in the search warrant affidavit that they had seen items in plain view, but a recreation using the Officer's own photo evidence showed that the items where actually behind the house, in high grass, and therefore beyond the curtilage of the home.
LRI also uses a state of the art computer program to separate the audio channels of in-car microphone and body mikes commonly wore by Highway Patrol. By separating the channels the audio is a lot clearer and crisp. LRI then provides the Client with a copy of the audio extracted from the video of the traffic stop on a CD with track selections.

2. Upgrade Package $15.00 per Hour
a) Review of discovery provided by the State
b) Analysis of Officer's report
c) Analysis of video/audio evidence
d) Extraction of audio from traffic stop video
e) Research of case law dealing with errors
Client will be provided with an upgraded report outlining errors in the investigation/stop conducted by the Police (i.e. whether Standardized field sobriety testing was conducted per NHTSA) with a detailed explanation and correct procedures. LRI will also provide the client with case law research written up in a report.
3. Premium Package $25.00 per Hour
a) Review of discovery provided by the State
b) Analysis of Officer's report
c) Analysis of video/audio evidence
d) Extraction of audio from traffic stop video
e) Research of case law dealing with errors
f) Crime Scene Investigation
g) Interview of witnesses
h) recreation of crime scene using photos, witness
statements.
Client will be provided with an Premium Report outlining errors in the investigation/stop conducted by the Police (i.e. whether Standardized field sobriety testing was conducted per NHTSA) with a detailed explanation and correct procedures. LRI will also conduct case law research and complete a rough Motion to Suppress for clients review and editing.
