- Founded in 1995, Pacific Atelier International, LLC (PAI)is an architectural company located in downtown Honolulu which provides services on all islands of Hawai'i. PAI offers a full array of design services - form A to Z - including physical planning, architecture, interior design, feasibility studies, due diligence reports, ADA consulting, etc.. Proficient in building code (IBC) and land use ordinances in all counties, we don't specialize but are proud to be competent & creative in both commercial and residential projects, either new or remodel, no matter how small or large in scope. As shown on our web site (www.pacificatelier.com) we have experience in resort, multi-family, single family, high-end condominiums or senior and affordable housing, office and medical buildings. PAI works fast & efficiently using 3D modeling (Revit) to help Clients visualize the finish product at every step of the design process. We maintain extremely good rapport with all building department & government officials, have cultivated a pool of affordable and competent engineering consultants and are well respected by a number of trustworthy building contractors.
