The best way to describe what we do here is to say that we provide the best customer experience to everyone who walks through our door because we treat everyone the same. Kind, fair, friendly, professional service at a competitive and reasonable price. In 1983 Ms. Davis started this business serving the businesses on the eastside of Bakersfield primarily but soon expanded to all of Bakersfield and beyond. In 1999 she brought in a business partner Mrs. Terre Crisman and over the first 9 years taught her to prepare taxes, bookkeeping, notary, customer service, ethics, integrity, accountability and to smile when you answer the phone. In 2009 Ms.Davis retired and passed the torch on to Mrs. Crisman. We pride ourselves in carrying on the lessons and values learned from the more than 25 years of service Marty gave to Bakersfield. We have been at our current location for 18 yrs but are often told that they had no idea we were here. We can be found at 3703 Columbus Between Auburn and Oswell Streets We are open year round so if you ever have questions or have a letter from the IRS or the Franchise Tax Board, we will take a look. help you understand or help guide you to the person who can help you if we can. We do this as a courtesy in most cases (free of charge) even when we didn't prepare the tax return. We hope that in doing so you will realize that we do really care about people and want to help everyone.
