Bob Baker, Founder, is in charge of business development. His two sons, Paul and Chris, keep the business running. Baker’s employees are well-trained, union craftsmen and technicians who stay abreast of industry practices and methods. They develop their skills through a rigorous apprentice program and are continually educated on the best techniques for working with epoxy, concrete polishing, metal, and stone.
