Consultations typically last for 1-2 hours and consist of a handwritten report covering every element of the home from furnishings, walls, hard surfaces, flooring, lighting, furniture placement and suggestions to improve the value of the home prior to being listed for sale. Fees start at $250 and are based on square footage. The homeowner then has the choice to hire my staging team to come in and handle all of the details on their behalf, so they can focus on other important moving details or they can take on the suggestions themselves and have me come in to do any final touches or rearrangement of furniture.
