Back & Neck Care Clinic, LLC is a chiropractic office that offers fundamental chiropractic and physical therapy services. We primarily treat musculoskeletal conditions such as back pain, neck pain, joint pain, and headaches. Our goal is to get you out of pain and back to life. We serve the people of Mascoutah and the surrounding area (Scott Air Force Base, Lebanon, New Baden, Freeburg, etc).
Back & Neck is owned and operated by Dr. David Bowden II, DC. He has chosen to make Mascoutah home for his family (wife and daughter). He is enjoying his development as a member of the community.
Back & Neck is located right on Main St across from the Visitor Center and Pizza Market. Regions Bank is on the next block west of the office. From IL 4(Jefferson St.): go WEST on Main St.(IL 177). The office is towards the end of the first block on the North side of Main St.
Parking is available on the street directly in front of the office. There is also public parking directly across the street and behind the office.
