- Whats4dinner is the first Independant, non-franchised dinner prep store to open in Suffolk County. We are located on 347 just east of the Watermill Caterers. We are the first Dinner Prep Store to receive Suffolk Count Health Department Certifications. Dinner Prep is the newest concept in family at home dining. Busy parents view our menu on line at www.whats4dinnerinc.com, choose a time to come in and assemble their family friendly dinners. Assemble 8-12 dinners, each of which feeds 4-6 adults, in 2 hours or less. Sessions are scheduled daily and hours are from 9:30 AM until 7:00 PM. Private parties are available and flexiblily is a key component of them. For those who are time challenged, we will do everything for you and all you have to do is stop into our store to pick up your dinners. We have recently begun to offer single and double servings for the busy single or professional for whom 4-6 servings is too much. We offer fresh meat, fish and poultry and make a serious effort to purchase most of our supplies from Long Island companies. We do not purchase any of our supplies from the large conglomerates who send their profits off Long Island.
