Established in 2006, with 1 primary owner working from a home office with zero employees (all work is subcontracted) until company growth is experienced. HomeGems Inc., talent and skills consist of over 3 years of luxury yacht work and over 30 years of residential Interior Finish Trim subcontracting and other general carpentry tasks and 6 years of residential general contracting work combined and performed all over the RTP area and extending to the NC coastal beach areas, on small and larger luxury homes. Larger jumbo range home has been the focus in most recent years. HomeGems Inc., services is professionally applied and the quality is just as good or better than other highly recommended general contracting companies. As company owner, I don't place restrictions on who, what, why, or where a customer wants built, local code, HOAs and other conditions will determine limits. I do try to stress to a customer quality of all materials & products selected, for his/her project needs to accommodate their long term goals.
