- Let's DANCE!!! Conveniently located off of 440 on Capital Boulevard, Core Dynamics Dance Center provides dance instruction for students of all ages, levels and experience. We offer classes ranging from Mommy & Me, Tap, Jazz and Ballet through Adult Fitness such as Zumba, Pilates and Yoga. Track out camps for our year round dancers are also available. Core Dynamics Dance Center is a place where students can learn to dance, have fun and challenge themselves in a risk-free environment. We provide quality dance instruction to dancers of all ages, backgrounds, experience and interest levels. Our atmosphere is one of caring and empowerment for our dancers. We inspire our students to appreciate the importance of positive self-esteem and self-confidence. Core Dynamics not only develops a dancer’s core physical strength but we foster core values which every successful dancer should possess.
