We are a 44 space mobile home park within the city limits of Vale, about three eights of a mile from the center of town.
We have paved streets, with many trees, and country feeling. We offer large spaces with room for kids to play.
Currently we have 2 empty spaces. Childern are welcome, this is a family park.
The current space rent as of October first 2007 is $230.00, which covers the sewer and garbage also. Electricity, gas and water are paid by the tenants.
