- We are a locally owned and operated family business that has been servicing Merced County since 1986. Robert Winchell established the business in 1986 after retiring from the United States Air Force, and then retired from Royalty Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. His son, Craig Winchell continued the family business re-naming the business to Royalty Carpet & Tile Cleaning to focus on the growing market of tile. Our mission continues to have personalized service committed to excellence. We currently serve our clients in the greater Austin, including Round Rock, Pflugerville, Hutto, Cedar Park, Brushy Creek, and Georgetown. We mainly focus on tile and grout cleaning and sealing along with carpet cleaning, however we also offer upholstery cleaning, and pressure washing. We operate one vehicles which also allows an owner to be present on every job. We are also happy to work with your individual needs to offer solutions for your pet problems and we offer various options depending on the level of contamination. Customer service is our priority and appointments are available for after hours and weekends to work with your schedule! We run a reputable, fair, and honest business which is why we are happy to give free estimates BEFORE we do the work.
