• About our Mission Our mission is to have a remarkable café with spectacular coffee. Our coffees include our signature roasts --the dark roasted Esperanza and the medium to dark roasted La Casa brands. These roasts are blends of the very best coffee beans that have been carefully selected and roasted to perfection right here in South Florida. Our partners have nearly 50 years of experience in both the art as well as the science of coffee roasting. Their high-technology plant still does business with quality and a tradition of attention to detail. About our Coffee We are passionate about our coffee. We use only 100% Arabica coffee beans. Arabica coffee grows only in cool, subtropical climates. These wonderful premium beans are fragile and need just the right amount of moisture, a rich acidic soil, and ample amounts of both shade and sun. We purchase the very best beans from South America, Africa and the Caribbean islands. These beans are typically grown a higher elevation and command a higher price because of their high quality Our Espresso, Coffee and Food We are crazy about coffee!
