TAF Group began in 1974 in Missoula, Montana as a General Contractor building residential, commercial and public projects. During that time, TAF Group also began to acquire residential and commercial investment properties. Currently, our office is located in Lake Mary Florida from which we research investment opportunities in numerous markets nationally as well as internationally with investments in Panama.
The founder, T. Argerous Filosofos, enjoys an excellent reputation in the central Florida real estate market and has a long track record of profitable developments and investment projects. With his 35 plus years of experience in the construction and real estate market he has the ability to pull from multiple professional relationships in order to build successful development/investment projects. Mr. Filosofos has demonstrated through past projects that he has the ability to put together profitable real estate projects. This rock solid past performance has him in high demand as many beginning and seasoned real estate investors seek his advice and wish to partner with him on his projects.
