Atlas Pilates offers Classical Pilates instruction in a clean and bright fully Gratz equipped Pilates Studio. We also have a physical Therapy clinic on-site, staffed by a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. In addition to Pilates classes, we offer a year-long Pilates Teacher training program and host Pilates related workshops, events and presentations.
