She helps find the perfect home for the buyer and then works hard to ensure a smooth on time closing. Karen has been a licensed Realtor since 2005 and in sales since 1993. Karen’s father is currently in his 33rd year as a Realtor and owns his a franchise in the Carolinas.
Garnet Noblet is the office manager that handles most of the paperwork. Her job is to follow-up with agents, attorneys, lenders, and others involved in a real estate transaction to make sure no details slip through crack. Garnet also handles marketing and reviews documents for accuracy.
