My Inspector Certification is through Penn Foster where I have 140 hours of credits with an average score of 97 on all courses, also certified through National Society of Home Inspectors and certified through Professional Home Inspection Institute. My license is through the State of Tennessee as a License Home Inspector and I am bound by the standards of practice and the code of Ethics as set by NSHI, PHII and the State of Tennessee.
