Dr. Richard Rosenberg is a child, adolescent, and family psychologist who's been in private practice for nearly 30 years. He takes most insurance plans, and has evening appointments. Dr. Rosenberg is also a licensed school psychologist, consulting to the Estacada and Oregon Trail School Districts. He's an adjunct faculty member at Lewis & Clark College's Graduate School of Education and Counseling.
